Work Experience Achivements:

Exploration, Collection and Germplasm Conservation of forest genetic resources for establishing National Gene Bank (NGB); Selection of natural populations of important tree species such as Teak, Eucalyptus, Pongamia etc using morphological descriptors for in-situ and ex-situ conservation; Phenology, growth, seed and seedling characteristics of tropical tress in different geographical regions of India; Vegetative propagation methods in tropical trees (Clonal propagation, Grafting methods); Selection and characterization of tropical tree species using morphological descriptors; Seed characteristics of important trees using image analyzer and soxhlet oil extraction technique. Totally 7 years research experience for tree improvement in September-2011 to August 2019).
