Job Profile:

a.Commissioning of plant as Utility, mining, power plant.

b.Test and validate process and control function of all processing equipment and systems including Gyratory crusher and conveying SAG and Ball Mills Grinding circuit, Screening and Pebble crushing, Thickeners, Sulphuric Acid Leaching, Counter Current Decantation, Tailings Facilities, Reagents, Water and Air services

c.Record data from tests and compile handover dossiers for completed subsystems

d.Instruct Operations personnel in occupational health safety and environmental standards in accordance international standards, policies and procedures

Provide training and instruction for Operations personnel to safely conduct process plant start-up and optimization

e.Provide overall shift based leadership, training, understanding and direction to the processing operations crew members to ensure smooth and successful operation of the Process Plant to achieve all targets set in terms of safety, environment, production efficiency and productivity to meet budget commitment

f.Interaction and co-operation with processing staff and relate department to improve plant performances resulting in increased productivity or efficiency also support other department upstream and downstream to follow the outstanding issues to efficiently operate the process areas of Crushing, Ore reclaim, SAG Mill, Ball mill and classification, Gravity Circuit, Leaching CIP, AARL Elution, Geho pumps,Thickeners, Tailings disposal, Water systems and Reagent mixing facilities.

g.Planning and coaching process staff through crisis scenarios in operation plant and continuous improvement in plant performance to ensure targets are met with particular emphasis cost whilst maximizing Zinc production output.

h.Provide support and guideline for improve efficiency of process plant as well as power plant.

i.Laboratory commissioning as well operation

j.Water treatment plant & utility plant commissioning, operation and quality maintaining.

k.Man and material management,Chemical inventory, Boiler preservation, Cost control,Trouble shooting Etc.

l.Boiler, Condenser Inspection during shut down.

m.Commissioning and Operation WTP / PTP / DM plant.

n.Monitoring and maintaining the Quality Parameters of Water Analysis, Boiler Water Treatment & Cooling Water Treatment.

o.Commissioning and Operation ETP/STP/ZLD plant.

p.Involve in start up and shutdown activities of process equipments in order to maintain the equipments safely.

q.Ensure the product quality within the specification.

r.Involve in the documentation activities of IMS (IS0 9001, OHSAS 18001, EMS 14001) to meet the auditing.

s.Involve in the 5 S activities to keep the plant neat and clean.
