ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·To prepare Job Hazard Analysis, Risk Assessment, Rescue Plan and Hazardous Waste Disposal Plan.

·To Conduct Emergency Rescue Drill (work at height, confined space) & fire and gas evacuation drill.

·To prepare and submit incident initial & incident investigation report, HSE Statistics report, Environmental report to the client.

·To attained HSE Managers Meetings, Zero Accident Team Meetings and daily site audit meeting.

·To conduct internal audit and participate external audit for company certification.

·Conduct Tool Box meeting, JHA meeting & special safety meeting for educate the workforce.

·Checking of PPE such as safety helmet, goggles, hand gloves, safety harness, conduct toolbox meeting, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.

·Auditing monthly color codes for Equipment, Vehicles, Power tools & Lifting gears.

·To inspect PPE, Firefighting equipment, Electrical Equipment and cables.

·To audit permit to work, lifting plan, TPI for crane, TPC for crane operator and rigger.

·Taking disciplinary action against employees who violates safety rules & regulations.

·To advise management for awards & incentives who follow safe procedure good compliance of PPE.

·Conducting weekly safety meeting for all supervisors & Foremen.

·Controlling of site transport & placement of proper warning sign and sign boards.

·Confined space- check entry permit before one enters confined space for adequate light and ventilation.

·Co-ordination with client’s safety Department regarding Do’s and Don’ts in the job site.
