• Working knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis methods and data interpretation using various programming languages (MATLAB, OCTAVE). Advanced experience with Microsoft office.

• Demonstrated the feasibility of using NMR to analysis metabolites within synaptosomal fractions to compare the metabolic composition synaptosomes from a wild-type rat with that from a newly generated genetic rat model.

• Developed the effective analytical method for metabolites s’ extraction in biological samples; preparing more than 2000 samples. Protected our lab reputation and improve collaborators satisfaction by establishing new technologies for metabolite profiling and Lipidomics.

• Identified and quantified of small molecule in liver, small intestine, and red blood cell by NMR and U/HPLC to investigate on liver vitamin A accumulation in rats.

• Performed metabolite profiling by NMR and LC/MS in whole blood and urine samples for understanding the effect of diet and exercise in diabetes and Alzheimer’s disease.
