Bechtel, 2019 to now. Monaca-Pennsylvania. Coatings/Fire-proofing Field Engineer Project: Pennsylvania Shell ethylene plant.

Responsibilities: oversee the technical aspects of all coatings, concrete lining and fireproofing activities in the OSBL and COGEN areas, supporting the Superintendents responsible for executing the coatings work. Additional duties:

• Work with superintendents to develop detailed work packages and installation schedules for coatings commodities.

• Develop and implement Inspection and Test Plans for each major activity Inspection of field installations and completion of associated documentation. Responsible for quantity take-off, control, reporting and forecasting for all relevant commodities.

• Prepare field change documentation and as-built documentation as required.

• Arrange daily coating inspection plan for Quality Control Inspectors.

• Interface with engineering office to resolve design and constructability issue.

• Assist civil field engineers and superintendents in constructability and quality issues.

• Initiate and submit works packages to release various commodities for coating work to supervision.

• Work with the suppliers and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project drawings and specifications.

• Prepare material requisitions, coordinate and review vendor drawings.

Responsibilities: Monitoring contractor's execution of the Coating/Fireproofing and Insulation QC’s activities during installation/construction. Additional duties:

• Performing audits and ensure the incorporated materials on construction projects are in compliance. Overseeing the QA aspect of fireproofing installation with intumescent and cementitious materials, cold applied galvanize materials and tape coatings. Oversee the work of 8 Quality Control Inspectors.

• Complete range of inspection for cryogenic insulation, and not cryogenic mineral wool, glass wool, rigid foam, cellular glass.

• Complete range of coating inspection of environmental paint on plant including liquid repair on galvanized substrates, supervising 6 coating insulators and fireproofing inspectors.

CORRPRO, 2018 Henderson-La. Quality Assurance Coating Inspector Project: Oversee the Coating Inspection of Sand Blasting, Paint and Miscellaneous Repairs of bridges Project H.009461 on Route Hwy I-10 St. Martin and Iberville Parishes Bridges. Bridges A, B, C, H, K, J, I, P, Q, R, and S.

Responsibilities: Represent the Louisiana Department of Transportation’s in the Contractor’s Maintenance of the 11 over pass Bridges. Duties:

• Review requirements of jobs and develop plans for implementation.

• Monitoring erection of containment, disposal of hazardous waste from surface preparation, coating application and final inspection for payment delivery.
