As a Project Engineer/Project Coordinator, Mr. Kochevar oversaw the design and construction of six telecom buildings totaling US$12 million for the Level 3 Program. He coordinated Requests for Proposals for three construction management and architectural/engineering firms. Additionally, he co-managed the construction management and Architect/Engineer after award through scope completion.
