Mr. Kochevar was a Project Manager for ATT Wireless Cell Site Design and Construction projects, and coordinated all aspects of the projects from site acquisition, zoning, permitting, design, material procurement, and contracting. He completed at least 12 sites each year, ranging in value from US$500,000 to US$2.5 million. His responsibilities included contract bid/award, site selection, and onsite construction management. As a Project Engineer/Project Coordinator, Mr. Kochevar oversaw the design and construction of six telecom buildings totaling US$12 million for the Level 3 Program. He coordinated Requests for Proposals for three construction management and architectural/engineering firms. Additionally, he co-managed the construction management and Architect/Engineer after award through scope completion.
