SVoC (Single View of Customer) is an initiative by Lowe’s to provide better user experience and also provide accurate, timely and complete customer insights to the business users, there by paving way for better customer service and better marketing strategy.

The project involves moving customer information from multiple legacy applications and integrating with online and BI applications. The customer data is standardized, de-duped and transformed before being persisted in the CDI hub. SVoC is an application that stores customer information and profiles, a customer relationship management database. SVoC application consist of customer data information like phone number, customer name and address, source system Ids.

Medco (Express Scripts) is one of the leading PBM companies in the US healthcare space. The MDM project was aimed at transforming its IT solutions to support the business growth. The MDM project was to consolidate the patient and physician information which is currently in multiple databases across its enterprise. The current state prevents leveraging its patient/physician information resources across the organization. The MDM solution will provide a 360 view of the patients and providers by building an infrastructure to enable a single view of the party.

Analyzed and designed the specific requirements for Medco Prescriber and client modules from Business Owner.

Source to MDM data mapping, Design composite services for Initial and Delta load from various source systems to MDM Hub

Location Master will be designed using a framework of appropriate processes, technology, data architecture and standards, organizational controls, and governance structure. The definition of a Location is an entity of the corporation for which financial recordkeeping is performed. It may be a logical or physical place of business operation or may be a virtual means of segregating financial data for example Stores / Clubs, Distribution Centres, Manufacturing Plants and Administrative Departments. So there is a need to consolidate the number of stores within the Wal-Mart family to ensure that they “have one version of the truth. WCC will be used as the “hub” to keep a single view of the location master.

Now Wal-Mart wants to upgrade all their WCC implementation from WCC 7.0 to MDM 9.0.

DPST application automates the Drop Points, which increases the operational and commercial efficiency of the Drop-Point Networks.
