Interfacing and coordinating between Architects, Structural, Civil and Electrical Engineers of Construction, Contractors as also with the Clients, Project Managers and all other concerned parties on a regular basis.

Liaise with design team to implement the design intent in the execution of works.

Liaise professionally with client / contractor and local authorities.

Solving technical MEP problems that may arise during construction project.

Review material submittals, shop drawings, method statements, samples and other documents submitted by the Contractors Review and approve Inspections Test plans, Testing & commissioning procedures.

Conduct on-site inspection and check the quality of work, materials and equipment of the contractors. Check if the materials and any portion of work conform to the drawings and specifications.

Check if materials are properly handled, stored and used in the Projects.

Supervise the execution of works, carryout regular inspections of works and confirm the materials to comply with the Construction Contract Documents and requirements.

Ensure that Works being carried out are as per the approved method statements. Shop Drawings and approved materials to avoid any abortive works.

Prepare progressive snagging lists throughout the construction period culminating in a final list of snags attached to the Taking over Certificate.

Reviewing contractors’ claims related to mechanical works

Monitor the progress at site as per the approved baseline Program.
