Monitoring & Observability of Infrastructure performance in customer's cloud environments is the key trait for measuring the availability & reliability of application from an SRE Perspective.

Manage the stability, operation, and automation of more than 100 Customer Production environments

PRISMA is a core payment processing project of the Deutsche Bank aiming to create a unified platform for the settlement of payments.

Responsibilities:

Involved in installation, configuration of WebLogic Application Server and Apache on Linux.

Configured WebLogic resources, including JDBC providers, JDBC data sources, connection pooling.

Responsible for general Middleware admin tasks like stop and start of Application Servers.

Responsible for general Datastage admin tasks like stop and start of Datastage

Problem determination using local error logs and by running user traces and service traces.

Involved in Troubleshooting and providing a detailed RCA on the issue.

Raising a PMR and co-coordinating with the PMR team for re-occurring and non-solvable issues.
