Responsible for logistical operations from shipping over 20,000 SKUs – 3,000 containers annually, of finished good for international ocean\air transportation (i.e. China, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Egypt and India), customs regulations\clearance, and distribution strategy. Key responsibilities also include cost management, efficiency planning, warehousing and managing strategic initiatives.

·Function as a key member of senior leadership, working directly with the CEO and CFO.

·Manage the back-office staff comprised of 30 employees (AP/AR, EDI, and Shipping Teams) with responsibility to improve efficiency between departments.

·Manage all relationships and shipping for all domestic wholesale big-box retailers (ex, Walmart, Target, Dollar General, Bed Bath and Beyond, and Five Below, etc).

·Responsible for renewing each individual state’s licensing requirements such as CTPAT, Utah Bedding and Upholstery, and the FDA.
