Managing daily operations of the company which include manage inventory, identify, and resolve variances with the 3PL’s WMS to the Company’s ERP system (Navision). Responsible for organizing and overseeing daily operations of the company. Manage the supply chain from top to bottom, from Purchase Order creation and Allocation to ensuring warehouse picks and packs correctly while ensuring domestic carriers pick up and ship according to routing guidelines. Responsible for logistical operations from shipping over 20,000 SKUs – 3,000 containers annually, of finished good for international ocean\air transportation (i.e. China, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Egypt and India), customs regulations\clearance, and distribution strategy. Key responsibilities also include cost management, efficiency planning, warehousing and managing strategic initiatives.

·Function as a key member of senior leadership, working directly with the CEO and CFO.

·Manage the back-office staff comprised of 30 employees (AP/AR, EDI, and Shipping Teams) with responsibility to improve efficiency between departments.

·Manage all relationships and shipping for all domestic wholesale big-box retailers (ex, Walmart, Target, Dollar General, Bed Bath and Beyond, and Five Below, etc).

·Responsible for reviewing and confirming all Supplier Agreements and Compliance requirements to ensure minimal offsets.

·Negotiate rates to maximize cost savings for shipping and warehousing. Successfully achieved over 30% in cost savings from shipping relationships: Steamship Lines (OOCL, Maersk, APL, Yang Ming) and Forwarders. ·Responsible for renewing each individual state’s licensing requirements such as CTPAT, Utah Bedding and Upholstery, and the FDA.

·Conduct monthly visits with 3PL warehouses in order to monitor the current status of ongoing special projects and to facilitate meetings with warehousing management to identify and resolve ongoing issues and achieve an outcome beneficial to both parties.
