FARMS IN POWERGRID

DESCRIPTION: Applications of facts controller called static synchronous compensator STATCOM to improve the performance of powergrid with wind farms is investigated.Therfore the voltage regulation of the powergrid with FACTS device is achieved.To validate the powerful of statcom facts controller,the studied power system is simulated and subjected to severs disturbances.

The digital results prove the powerful of proposed STATACOM controller interms of stability
