Responsible for Production Targets, meeting Delivery schedule, Productivity, Product Quality, Manpower handling.

Organizing Periodic Review of Production Targets, achievements, deviations and preparation of corrective action plan using statistical tools / techniques to impact on process for improvements.

Arranging deployment of manpower, machines and materials to ensure achievement of pre-defined daily /weekly targets.

Coordinate internal meetings of New Projects and review of new projects. Responsible to develop and execute Production Plan and ensuring production at optimum capacity.

Coordination with different departments within the company to achieve customer and company master schedule milestones.

Work with Cross functional team for PPAP and SOP.

Plan inventory management processes to avoid shortages and excesses.

Perform fixture maintenance.

Perform setting change over, Machine and Process parameter settings for each project.

Work with cross functional team to implement Kaizen in production activities to improve runtime.

Conduct internal shop floor audit weekly to ensure 5s, safety regulations, product quality and process awareness, work procedures and discipline and prepare the report for the same.

Provide job training to workers to meet production goals.

Establish safety procedures and environmental regulations for employees.
