Network performance testing from the customer perspective to evaluate services such as accessibility, retainability, mobility, Voice quality and data performance etc. (Voice MultiRAB, Data). In the whole of South Africa.

Coordinating with RNOs in the office

Do data validation from drive testing(2G/3G/LTE)

Telkom CCI (Customer Complaints)

CORE COMPETENCIES:

Responsible for KPI monitoring, using Nemo, Genex Assistant.

Technical customer complaints investigation, analysis and provide solution.

Attending VIP and Normal Telkom Customer Complaints

Responsible for coordinating with the Technician on site.

Project description:

Network performance testing from the customer perspective to evaluate services such as accessibility, retainability, mobility, Voice quality and data performance etc. with recommendations. In all Vodacom south Africa regions

Producing a Report based on the drive test data(2G/3G/LTE)

CORE COMPETENCIES:

Responsible for KPI monitoring, using Nemo, Genex Assistant, MapInfo,

Mapping tool Aexios xues to identify the missing neighbors and recommend the required neighbour list changes, checking if neighbors are assigned for the site and if not then assign them.

Verify the swap sectors on the newly built sites, as well as the performance.

Identify the difference between the azimuth deployed and azimuth designed.

Analyze performance of the site: the focus being on worse cell affected, with the aim of improving them.

Prepare the report to compile findings on network Poor Quality, Coverage, handover failure, Dropped Call, etc. and submit to the Customer.

Vodacom-Huawei Spring Project [ April – July 2014-2017]

Project description:

Data collection of Single site verification, test and reporting services providing single site verification testing on new LTE base stations being deployed by Huawei on the Vodacom network(Rxlev/RxQual/RSCP/EcNo/RSRP/SINR).

Checking Swap sectors verification on (2G/3G/LTE)

Focus was at Gauteng, Mpumalanga For the rollout sites provided by Huawei-Vodacom.

Co-coordinating with Drive test Engineer’s on the field and validation of DT logfiles (2G/3G/LTE)
