Project 1 - Workday HR & Finance system - Benefits Review Plan and Baseline development Reviewed the Critical Success Factors with a view to developing a measure to assess the benefits of Workday post implementation. Also produced a Baseline and Benefits Review Plan to measure and track benefits and support the transition to business as usual.

Used investigative and research techniques to analyse and recommend the best governance model to fit the soon to be Quantum Computing Centre Also analysed the organisation’s business case, mission, strategy, goals, project deliverables and baseline to recommend modifications, confirm the link between them and ensure the objectives were S.M.A.R.T (Smart, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Timebound) Project 4 – Verto Toolset – Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Gathered requirements to identify the best tool for reporting on projects and worked with developers to implement the solution
