Surface hardening of steel

Selection of surface hardening process according to the chemical composition of the material or steel.

CVT Tuning

Successfully improve the back-shifting of the CV-Tech CVT by changing the pretension of torsional spring and applying teflon coating inside the dome.

Change the engagement point of the CVT by using custom springs

Custom Universal joint

Designed a custom universal joint and analysed it on ansys static structural and solved all the issues which came across during the testing.

Custom gearbox

Designed, analysed and manufactured a 2 step reduction gearbox.

Solved the issue of leakage from casing.
