Aircraft Door Concealed Hinge; The University of Texas at Arlington Sept’ 2018 – Dec’ 2018

Redesigned and developed an improved aircraft passenger door hinge essentially for Metal Additive Manufacturing, the main feature of which is being concealed, benefiting in increased outboard space. Topologically optimized the entire component assembly reducing weight by 25.18% and performed CAE analysis which manifested 2.5 times more durability.

Designed and developed a new partition diaphragm for ball mills used in pulverizing a mixer of blast furnace slag and cement clinkers for production of Portland Slag Cement (PSC) of 43 and 53 grade.

Cross Ribbed-Ship lap Ball Mill Liner Plates (Patent Pending); Rajarajeshwari Cements May 2016 – Nov’2016

Designed a new form and assembly arrangement of liner plates with ribbing contours, applicable for both course and fine grinding with lower manufacturing cost and higher durability, gained by using an innovative alloying composition of Manganese-Molybdenum Steel.

Hydrodynamic Vortex (Up-flow) Pretank Rainwater Filter (Patent Pending); JSS Academy of Technical Education Nov’ 2015 – Apr’ 2016

Designed an improved model of filtration equipment for domestic and commercial applications, based on the concept of hydraulic vortex to effectively filter sludge and undesired physical contaminants along with comprehensive separation of oil/grease elements.

Rain Water to Potable Water Filtration System (Patent Pending); JSS Academy of Technical Education Aug’ 2015 – Apr’ 2016

Designed, fabricated and implemented successfully an entire rain water filtration system with organic and ceramic filtration media, which can be scalable for domestic and small to medium scale industrial utilization.

Designed and fabricated a small sized machine for incorporating in micro and small scale industries, producing 8 kg briquettes, based on the concept of drop compaction, that can be disassembled and tucked easily.
