MINI PROJECT:

Title: Design And Fabrication Of Low Cost Shaper Machine.

Description: Our Project shaper is to reduce work of the operater by changing the simple mechanism accourding to variation of speed.

Mechanism used:

Quick Return Mechanism: As the disc rotates the top of the machine moves forwards and backwards, pushing a cutting tool. The cutting tool removes the metal from work which is carefully bolted down.

MAIN PROJECT:

Title: Working Model Of Active Steering System.

Description: The invention discloses an automobile active steering system with a cycloidal-pin wheel mechanism, and aims at overcoming the contraction between light steering effort and flexibility. The automobile active steering system comprises a steering hand wheel, a steering shaft,a steering transmission shaft, a cycloidal-pin wheel type transmission mechanism, a rotary hydraulic valve, and a steering box.

Mechanism used:

The planetary gear mechanism: The planetary gear mechanism makes it easy to realize the variable steering ratio (VSR) and produce superimposed steering angle.
