As a little background; having worked for dRay Mission Critical for nearly 17 years (this company only builds Data Center/Mission Critical Facilities) I ran 40-50 projects ranging in size from 300-13,000 square foot, from $500,000 to $9,500,000. Having built these many projects I can attest that there is little difference between a 1 million dollar or 100 million dollar facility, only the square footage, size of equipment and what Tier Level (1-4) they are striving to achieve will determine the overall cost. Most were expansions to existing facilities, a few were from the ground up. Some other clients where I was directly responsible in addition to those listed above

were Warner Brother Records, Road Runner High Speed Online, Bergen Brunswig, Amerisource Bergen, Kinder Morgen Energy Partners, J. Paul Getty Trust, Comcast Entertainment Group, UCLA, Universal Music Group, Costco, St. Francis Medical Center, and others. As the Superintendent/Project Manager I was responsible for every aspect of the project from start to finish. This includes but not limited to; reading prints to get subs needed for initial job walks, creating project schedules, getting bids, awarding contracts, getting permits, taking care of weekly construction meetings, handling RFI’s, handling change orders, and the many other aspects of a Superintendent/Project Manager position including the preparing and distributing of final close out documents. With nearly 17 years of experience building and managing Mission Critical Facilities I believe I can bring value to any firm and their future clients. Technically I have not been terminated from dRay Mission Critical, we just got too slow and mutually agreed to have me look for employment elsewhere. This should attest to my value to dRay Mission Critical and longevity in being hired. Because of my 26 years as an IBEW/NECA trained Journeyman Electrician I have extensive knowledge and experience in the entire Electrical Industry (Residential, Commercial, Institutional, and Light /Heavy Industrial) including Energy and Technology projects such as Cogen Facilities, and Power Plants). Thus I bring an extremely strong electrical foundation for any Data Center/Mission Critical Facility projects.

I consider job safety to be paramount and pursue this aggressively, thus for nearly 20 years I have never had to call an Ambulance for an accident on any of my projects. The only injuries were minor cuts needing an adhesive bandage.

My references are included in the resume. Mr. Derrick McKaughn who is president and owner of dRay Mission Critical is the best reference to attest to my capabilities and value for nearly 17 years building Data Center/Mission Critical Facilities.

Thank you for your consideration,

Joseph Malet
