1995-1998 Galbreath LaSalle, Columbus, OH. Maintenance Associate. Preventative maintenance for five commercial office buildings totaling over 1 million SF. Daily interaction with tenants to provide them with a comfortable and safe workplace. I processed access keycards, changed VAV air filter handlers, troubleshot electrical problems pertaining to 480V, 277V, 208V and 120V panels. Also dealt with plumbing, painting, carpentry, energy management systems, fire life safety systems and all related maintenance.

1998-2001 Duke Weeks Realty, Dublin, OH. Lead Technician. Responsible for performing diversified management and maintenance for 14 industrial properties and a retail plaza totaling over 4 million SF. Troubleshoot ice chillers, cooling towers, air compressors, complex machinery, fire pumps, security devices, etc. Worked within budgets, filled out purchase order requests, set appointments with vendors, contractors and city officials. 2001-2003 Rodenstock North America, Lockbourne, OH. Facility Maintenance Operator. Maintained all facility equipment on a preventative maintenance schedule to keep the process up and running. Organize all chemicals and check PH levels on the N.C.A. chemical wastewater treatment system. Accountable for opening plant and getting all machines up and running before production associates arrive. I started with G-NAC and helped start up the MRO room and entered spare parts into Plex their CMMS system. I learned their energy management sytem of plant and corrected parts of the system that was neglected and got it back to full automation. I did P.M. Chillers. dust collectors, Keiser air compressors, exhaust fans, rooftop units, pumps, vfd drives,120 208 /277 480- volt panels, Caterpillar generator and transfer switch gear, plumbing, snow and ice removal,exhaust fans, outdoor air dampers, assisted other maintenance personnel and all office maintenance needs and more. Aquired by Jefferson Industries under facility engineering. Along with my current responsibilities I acquired P.M on cafeteria equipment. Deep fryers, Walk in coolers and freezers. hood ranges, carousel,dishwasher,grease traps and garbage disposal and more. I also took care of Big Ass Fans plant wide, Sump pumps, Oil water separators. high bay lighting, fire risers, concrete floor repair, electrical, weld water, and much more to relate. I scheduled and met with vendors for scheduled maintenance and shut down. Ordered necessary parts for repairs for myself and other maintenance personnel and filled out purchase orders. Helped with guidance to new maintenance hires and trained. Among these duties there is more to relate and would like to have a chance for an interview to do so.
