WORK HISTORY:

1995-1998 Galbreath LaSalle, Columbus, OH. Maintenance Associate. Preventative maintenance for five commercial office buildings totaling over 1 million SF. Aquired by Jefferson Industries under facility engineering. Along with my current responsibilities I acquired P.M on cafeteria equipment. Deep fryers, Walk in coolers and freezers. hood ranges, carousel,dishwasher,grease traps and garbage disposal and more. I also took care of Big Ass Fans plant wide, Sump pumps, Oil water separators. high bay lighting, fire risers, concrete floor repair, electrical, weld water, and much more to relate. I scheduled and met with vendors for scheduled maintenance and shut down. Ordered necessary parts for repairs for myself and other maintenance personnel and filled out purchase orders.
