Manage incoming calls and telephone guest inquiries, customer service requests, reservation bookings and resolve issues. Proactively assist delegates and guests orientate the hotel, including private tours of conference and meeting facilities, set up and organising of events, and welcoming and directing patrons to accommodation. Plan events, including menus, special dietary requests and venues, ensuring a memorable and seamless experience for guests and delegates.
