OBJECTIVE

Looking for a position where I can make good use of my subject and to further develop the broad base in the field of Medicine Bio-chemistry.

Key-Qualification- Ph.D.(Medical Biochemistry) from S.M.S Medical college Jaipur, P.G in Medicine Bio-Chemistry from J.L.N. Medical College Ajmer (Rajasthan University Health Sciences, Jaipur) with the experience of operating and managing laboratory in this field.

5 publication in national and international journals of Biochemistry and poster presentation in ACBICON 2013 – 2014 and APFCB 2019..

Various CME and workshop attended related to Lab medicine and Clinical chemistry.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Currently working as Associate Consultant in NABL accredited LAB in Jaypee Hospital Noida from March-2015.

Supervision of Technical Processes and Quality control of Biochemistry & Radioimmunoassay, CLIA ( Chemiluminescence based tests) Department and attending client queries and complaints pertaining to the Biochemistry Departments.

Daily review and interpretation of Biochemistry reports and ensuring that they meet TAT and also reviewing and updating Standard Operating Procedures for these section on a regular basis.

Supervise various routine and special clinical biochemistry tests conducted on Vitros XT7600, 5600 (Ortho clinical diagnostics ),Vitros 5.1 & Eci (Ortho clinical diagnostics) and Bio – Rad D -10 HPLC analyzer Cobas e411.

Responsible for supervision and interpretation of day to day internal control charts and to take appropriate corrective and preventive actions.

Setting IQC plan, Quality indicators monitoring and documentation.

Supervision of External Quality control records through EQAS – Bio-Rad and responsible for decisions about required corrective and preventive actions and their documentation.

Responsible for supervision of various records (machine error log, temperature logs, server downtime log, sample rejection records, critical values notification records, sample rerun records, IQC failure records) maintained by technicians.

Responsible to take appropriate actions to reduce pre-analytical, analytical and post-analytical errors and their documentation

Responsible to take appropriate action for continuous improvement of laboratory quality as indicated by quality indicators.

Deep knowledge of analytical and clinical Medicine Bio-chemistry with practical and theoretical aspects as learned during the completion of 3 and half year course from J.L.N. Medical College Ajmer (Rajasthan).

Done Ph.D. under Dr Sandhya Mishra ( Professor Bio Chemistry in SMS Medical College, Jaipur) .

Worked as Demonstrator/ Biochemist in S P Medical College Bikaner (Rajasthan) for 1.5yrs.

Worked in Medanta the medicity Gurgaon for 3 months.

Worked as a tutor in biochemistry department for one year at SGT MEDICAL COLLEGE GURGAON.

Ph.D. thesis

The focal aim of my Ph.D. work was based on bone and mineral metabolism in Inflammatory Bowel disease patients in Indian population. I examined Bone mineral density in IBD patients and Their correlation with various metabolic bone disease markers and severity of disease.

My area of interest is biomarkers related to various gastroenterological disease, Liver transplant and inborn error of metabolism.
