- Coordinate a “New Hire Meet and Greet” for all new employees on a quarterly basis. This will familiarize new employees with the various sections and the branch they are supporting as well as understand their role.

- Assist with end-of-month progress reporting for Branch Chief(s)/Leadership monthly, to track employee daily status.

- Track all on-site and remote employees’ various DoD required training certification. Notify employees via e-mail of their upcoming required training to avoid work stoppages among personnel, thereby increasing productivity.

- Request and schedule conference room reservations for various Branch Chiefs for their Branch Training, Quality Control and Employee Progress Reporting meetings.
