A manufacturing company where we engineered windows and mass produced them. With 25 associates my responsibility was to drive strategic initiatives toward profit. I Procured technology to develop an ERP system. I stimulated price points to create a vibrant competitive product. Launched a sales/marketing strategy driving new opportunities through dealerships across 6 states. Producing products of extreme quality with a lifetime warranty. Created a happy place to work.
Start up a new vinyl window manufacturing line. To include all new equipment, people, training, accountabilities, technology, materials, SOP, procurement, certifications, customers and costs.
Devised and presented JetAlum's strategic plan leading to the exclusive membership to Earthwise, a national network of manufacturers who manufacture over 1M windows annually.
Created a scalable manufacturing group as sales grew from $0 to over $5M.
Set up optimization process to lower spoilage from 50% spoilage to 10% spoilage.

Executed a startup business plan developing the organization through sales, marketing, SOP, hiring, procurement, execution, customer satisfaction, billing, collections, Profit & Loss, and meeting all official regulations. Negotiated non-typical sales and purchasing.
