My name is Rodney Smith, Jr. I am a native of Montgomery, AL. I am a single father who raised five children since birth. I am a granddad to Skylar, Nije, and Mari.

I would consider myself to be a workaholic that is very persistent and intentional in the workplace. I am committed to providing a safe workplace. My area of responsibility entails compliance, with all State and Federal regulations relating to occupational safety and health. I am a leader who specializes in training, policy development and professional development. Safety is important to me for several reasons.
