On average 43,000 cases of product delivered each week. Developed and implemented a rework reporting process for the Atlanta catering operation. This process aimed to monitor and reduce orders, ultimately leading to cost savings. By closely tracking and reporting rework amounts by type, we were able to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to minimize rework levels.
