I provides timely, accurate reporting of production information including, but not limited to tonnage, downtime labor variance, rework and other such reports necessary to analyze certain aspects of plant operations for a specific day or range of days. I also, support production coaches by providing information as needed to review production issues. I also, processes inventory and lot control information from data recorded by production. I review production downtime reporting (enter into a computerized system on a daily or weekly basis) and export data from the system using FTP (file transfer protocol) to support line report database. I provide daily and weekly labor variance report, analyze and distribute it, also provide feedback/explanation to coaches and production personnel regarding problem job packets and correct the job packets for further processing. Also maintain yield database and provide feedback to the plant accountant. My other duties includes analyzing raw materials reported on a job and comparing it with warehouse day bin quantities issued, liaison between coaches to analyze and adjust production labor hours (mis-punches, department transfers) and monitor and close jobs on a regular basis. Also, provide reports as requested by management and make necessary adjustments after research. I compile, verify, research and prepare reports related to the plant production. I perform general office procedures for the departments.
