To look after the entire loading operation of Petroleum products as Transport Safety Executive & Operation In charge, by carrying out the following tasks

• To look after day-to-day supplies and transport operations at Supply Point Sihala. • To play an active role with close liaison with Host companies for the availability of Product. • To look after and follow up of Pipe line transfer to PSO Depot Sihala from Attock Refinery.

• To look after the whole fleet operation with close liaison with carriage contractor, ensuring their profitability.

• To have a close interaction with Cartage contractors for TL safety, PPEs and their compliance with TPPL standards. • Planning for the availability of fleet at Supply Point Sihala depending upon orders, so as to execute timely supplies.

• To coordinate with CC to arrange tank Lorries as per requirement at respective supply point.

• Keep respective record of all permanent TL’s present at Supply Point Sihala and their drivers and keep a record of their maintenance.

• Assess focused training need for vehicles drivers and streamline with CC to improve driver’s awareness of road transport safety.

• To manage transport related HSE matters in line with Company’s safety standards and requirements.

• Plan and identify inter city and intra city routes of tank Lorries, road risk analysis, identification of black spots, rest areas as well.

• To mange product stock management & keep close co-ordination with Supply Manager for product availability.

• To ensure tank lorry product loading and decantation process as per company’s approved procedure.

• Preparation of document for daily & fortnightly dispatch & stocks reconciliation & its joint acknowledgement from respective host company.

• Ensures proper record keeping and track of all documentation as per given procedure & guidelines.

• To deal with carriage contractors to solve their routine problems and periodic meetings for TPPL standards implementation.

• Coordinate and properly handles all hospitality related documents and ensures congenial working environment.
