Generate the Headcount of company staff per location. This is normally done monthly.

Querying the Staff Database to get different demographic and statistical information

like number of males and females per location, school attended, post NYSC experience etc.

Periodically Develop Human Resource Services Process templates for use in the

department.

Responsible for sending out new hire on-boarding notifications to all staff.

Interface with the IT Department on HRS IT-related issues.
