Infrastructure Facilities Engineer – new builds for 816 Congress Floor 18 and 823 Congress Floors P,3,5,8

Assumed technical responsibility for all aspects of facility operations, related to critical and non-critical facility infrastructures, equipment, and systems. Worked closely with members of Facilities, InfoSec, IT, & Finance. Defined standards of installations, and governing teams of 3rd party contractors responsible for site construction; as well as, ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of the existing infrastructure.

Operated, maintained, supported, Knight fire protection systems, APC Galaxy UPS, APC PDU, internet connectivity, leased/private lines, S2 security access controls, Suprema bio-readers, badge systems, Axis Cameras, Copper and Fiber plant in Server rooms and power infrastructure. Plan, schedule, and execute preventative maintenance activities of the infrastructure of all critical systems.
