I have over ** years of nursing experience, which includes Quality, Risk, Utilization, acute care, dialysis, research, home health, and hospice. These last years have and I focused my career in management and plan to continue in that role. I started my career in the USAF working in the ER. I am self-motivated and will do things right the first time. I work well with others as well as independently. I have excellent and exceptional communication skills. I will work until the job is finished and I am very accustomed to the long hours that often accompany any management job. EMR are welcomed plus and I can maneuver most any computer program. I have a good knowledge or Medicare and Medicaid regulations and guidelines with emphasis on managed care, home health and hospice. I have been through multiple surveys and know and am willing to do the work that needs to be done for a successful and positive survey. I have a very high regard for best practice and standards of care and strive for those goals in my daily work. Personally I believe that patient care, safety and satisfaction always come first. .
