Key Achievements:

I had developed a new sales technic for generating sales leads by checking the mega projects within the region via internet in daily basis plus sending a promotional campaign by mass email to all our clients monthly and work parallel with our ISOs. This technic was implemented across the sales department and resulted in a 30% improvement in sales performance.

I had supported sales teams in other regions “ISO” and ensure that their quarterly targets were achieved.

I won Sales Person of the Year for two consecutive years having exceeded all quarterly sales targets by an average of 15% over a twenty-four month period.

Conducting sales training in weekly basis for all the sales & marketing team who were 11 persons and I’d trained and developed a team of three new field sales executives who achieved an average of 120% of their sales targets within their first three months.

I had contributed to bring up the ADR of the hotel by bring 4 new top key accounts for almost 2 years continuously plus turning more than 25 inactive accounts to active.

I managed to increase the volume of business and RNs production specifically from KSA & UAE markets throughout my several business trips while the majority of accounts were almost dead.
