I have had a lot of hands on sales experience in cable, internet, phone and security industry dealing with service transfer as well as upgrades in services received and structured wiring in new construction and retrofit. As an auto technician and shop mgr. I have had hands on experience with auto repairs, modification and upgrade sales.

Greet customers. Schedule appointments. (Phone / walk-in). Write repair orders. Assess customer concerns and vehicle condition. Write estimates and sell repairs. Delegate work to techs and oversee that repairs were performed properly and timely. Order parts and shop stock. Prepare final invoices. Bill out customers. Call in employee payroll. Organize, compute and pay distributors. Keep work areas clean. Open, close and secure premises.
LEAD RETRO/PREWIRE TECH S.M.I.L.E. INC. 2004-2006
Help with design of integrated systems for cable, satellite, phone, data, security, Home automation, whole house audio and home theatre. Communicate with supervisor and customer for changes and sales upgrades. Run wiring for systems in residential and business. Install jacks, decorative plates, security devices, receivers/speakers, touch screens, networks and smart panels. Test continuity of wiring and function of equipment. Educate customers on equipment use and perform service and repair calls as needed.
