Netizen provides comprehensive, integrated HR process management through its myHR application. The application involves connectivity to People Soft (ERP solution) application running at client side. The various connectors were implemented to connect to People Soft for different operations to perform on backend ERP.

Used questionnaire, surveys, JAD sessions and Brainstorming sessions as requirement elicitation techniques.
