QC Analyst: Perform sterility tests on bulk and final products and sterilize equipment in preparation for testing. I performed environmental monitoring sampling and recorded test results. Visually inspected sterility test media for contamination. I performed microbiological and chemical analysis of allergenic raw materials and extracts. I was responsible for preparing and sterilizing tryptic soy agar, and other microbiological media. I sent safety samples for animal testing and recorded received results. I would participate in the daily QC departmental release of bulk and final products. I collected daily water samples from the WFI system, and performed microbiological and chemical tests of WFI, water, samples. I participated in microbiological and chemical failure investigations when necessary. I compiled test reports and logged test results into database programs.
