Project Manager

Initiated buyout and construction of one 308-unit apartment complex on 2

sites and one 300-unit complex on 20 acres in Reno, NV, simultaneously.

Headed teams to complete PT slab on grade with three story wood frame and

stucco wrap construction, along with all offsite and onsite underground

improvements.

. Schedule each project in time-sensitive steps, leading to the meeting of

tight deadlines.

conflicts prior to construction.

Senior Project Manager

Governed the management of 7 multi-family projects in the Santa Barbara and

Los Angeles areas. Oversaw activity on subterranean, podium deck parking

(one to two levels) type one, with type five, three to six levels above.

. Piloted each project from due diligence through close out and bond

exoneration, addressing all unexpected issues and resolving them in a

timely manner.

. The projects completed during the tenure of employment with this

developer were primarily in-fill lot construction which required

extensive coordination with the Shoring, Structural, Civil, and City

Engineers as well as the Architect of record for each project. Several

required four stage excavation techniques to complete the parking

structures, which were podium deck, cast in place structures. A total of

five parking structures and two retrofits to existing structures were

completed on projects I managed during this time.

specific pieces of the project, ensuring high quality work was completed.

Supervised all off-site and on-site construction activities for several

single-family communities, multi-family facilities, and podium-deck resort

multi-story structures. Managed customer service and purchasing

departments. Developed, implemented, and managed all production schedules.
