requirements for marketing the 1997MY vehicle in the Green Belt States.

Achieved the total resourcing of all tires (7 sizes/brands) for the new

1999MY vehicle.

. Led in creation of DFMEA, PFMEA and Control Plan documentation for each

of the tire manufacturers. Provided on-site verification of

compliance to these quality documents.

. Achieved on-time tire submittals and tire target performance goals at

each milestone via direct negotiations with the tire company

representatives and Ford Vehicle Dynamics Engineering.

. Achieved performance and cost objectives for the Vehicle Dynamics,
