Industry Exposure
< Working with Oriflame India Pvt. Ltd as a Production Coordinator, South
Asia since June, 2014 to present
Responsibilities:
V Main point of contact for business units (Sales support, Marketing,
Planning, Pricing, Forecasting, and Branding) for South Asia region for
Timely implementation of business unit requirements - from mood-board to
delivery.
V Start from job briefs with particular business units and finalize with
line Manager to clearly define marketing requirements and coordinating
with in-house design team or external agencies for design, artwork,
photography, if require.
V Heading the Retouchers for developing the required files from the raw
images.
V Final check of all artworks designed by creative team to ensure the
quality, correct information & brand guidelines are being followed and
messaging consistency with the Marketing manager.
V Final colour proof checking to ensure the quality printing and approve
the colour in printing house with keeping in mind all printing
technicalities.
V Develop the new vendors by tendering process and timely price evaluation
to make the product cost effective with fast TAT, when required,
currently visited Dubai every month to approve the colours and quality of
print materials.
V Maintain & submit the vendor's quality & scorecard to the global team.
V Organize the weekly meeting within the department to track the member
workload as per time schedule and push to get approvals pending from
other business units.
V Key person to activation the New Technical Platform " Censhare" within
the department
