for Novint from its inception.

§*_Licensed on the order of $100 million of game development_*. Oversaw

Novint's game licensing and development strategy, including licenses of

hundreds of game titles. Personally closed on the largest AAA games such

as Tiger Woods Golf, Madden Football, NBA Live, Need For Speed, Mass

Effect, Battlefield series, and Half-Life series. Obtained full source

access to licensed titles. Novint then published and released its own

versions of the licensed titles.

in bringing in millions of dollars in revenue through scientific

development contracts with companies such as Lockheed Martin, Chevron,

Pfizer, Aramco, Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute, Chrysler, Sandia,

Intel and a number of universities.

§*_Implemented national distribution on Novint’s products._* Oversaw the

business development efforts to distribute Novint’s products nationally

into hundreds of retail locations and into the majority of the major

online electronics sites (TigerDirect.com, WalMart.com, etc).

§*_Implemented Novint’s IP strategy and direction._* Developed many

patents that were issued and personally reviewed the patent landscape in

the haptics space to set a strategic intellectual property direction.

§*_Created the world’s first consumer 3D touch device._* Oversaw the

development and release of the world’s first consumer 3D touch device,

the Novint Falcon, modifying the design from a $25,000 robotic device

into a device that was mass produced in China for $100.

§*_Oversaw all aspects of running the company_*, including Business

Development, Marketing, Sales, Legal, Accounting, Intellectual Property,

Human Resources, and Technology Development. Managed a team of 35 people.

§*_Exclusively licensed a number of technology components_*, such as the

base design for Novint's consumer Falcon product and software from

Sandia National Laboratories. Negotiated one of the strongest licenses

to come out of Sandia, and implemented the first ever licensing deal

where Sandia took stock as part of a licensing agreement.
