I am an honest, hardworking and accountable individual who is passionate about my work and what I do. I have 4+ years’ experience in marketing doing reporting for internal and external stakeholders on our marketing campaigns (affiliate sms, bank slips, TV, radio). I have experience in campaign creation (internal), campaign testing (internal web service set up and testing, creating and linking campaigns to short codes and short code testing. Along with this aspect comes reporting which is system generated but does require formatting and commentary. I manage and maintain the marketing mail boxes for complaints, compliments, sales enquires and business proposals. Managing and updating the marketing matrix (short codes per brand and per campaign per affinity was one of my administrative duties others include, proof reading of affiliate contracts, monitoring of lead volumes, leads target, testing online sales platforms and planning and executing of internal campaigns (new campaign launch) and assisting with companies yearly calendar, staff events. I have moved to a different department within the company called new business development where I was running a POC with my line manager for brands like Standardbank and Liberty.

I am computer literate and have experience in Outlook, Word, Excel and Power point. I have worked with our companies social media platforms (Facebook, Fido, Instagram, Hootsuite) and was responsible for uploading posts and dealing with various queries. This includes sending the queries to the various departments (services, complaints and human resources) and following up on them.

I currently work in the CBD so traveling won’t be a problem for me and I have my own vehicle too. I am not afraid of hard work and I jump at an opportunity which allows me to grow and improve my current development.
