Project Manager of EDS client conversion project (Banco Santander of Puerto Rico), second largest bank in Puerto Rico. The scope of this multimillion-dollar (Project/Program Budget - $3 MM) project was the complete conversion and migration of all the bank core systems (BMIS) and all the ancillaries’ applications to another system (ALTAIR) and Data Center in Mexico.
