Worked as an Executive Assistant to the HOD Cardiac Sciences and Pediatric Cardiac Surgeon reporting to the HOD Cardiac Sciences.

Key Responsibilities as an Executive Assistant are as follows:-

Greet and assist visitors / patients when they come at OPD for consultation by professionalism. Ensuring smooth and hassle free patient consultation with best interpersonal and communication skills and with proper guidance/reference to any department or test etc.

Proper scheduling / re-scheduling of appointments / Coordination with various departments with regards to patient’s tests, clinical orders, billing, consultation charges etc.

Receiving calls & redirecting to the concerned and answering queries related to medication, surgery date, tests etc.

Reminder’s for the day to send to doctors / consultants etc if any.

To complete tasks for the day allotted by any doctor / consultant or any department.

Maintain confidentiality for any data related to doctor’s / consultants etc and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.

Reports to recheck which are handed over to patients to avoid any errors and complaints.

Preparing Angiography and Angioplasty reports and coordinating with Cathlab to hand over respective reports of patients.
