Contractor working for Hitachi Vantara in the role of Southeast District Coordinator for the District Manager and Atlanta office. I also supported the Sales Team in five states. I provided logistics for corporate meetings/events in Atlanta, as well as academy training in the office. I was the office manager and took care of needs of staff, as well as providing office with tools to do their job. I arranged travel and hotel arrangements for my boss, as well as former Sr. District Manager and processed expense reports for their travel.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT GE COMMERCIAL FINANCE 05/1992 – 03/2008

Provided administrative support to 3 different divisions of GE during the16 years I was employed. I supported the Regional Manager of Residential Construction Lending and staff by drafting letters, PowerPoint presentations, coordinating events, managing office and notarizing plats for real estate. Processed all outgoing mail. Department phased out.

Supported Medical Markets for Senior Vice President and staff taking dictation, sending out literature, and managing office. 3 of my staff, including my boss left so I moved to a different department.

Transferred to Commercial Finance and supported Managing Director of Communications and staff. Created PowerPoint presentations and took dictation to draft letters. Excessive copying of legal binders for underwriters and copying and binding presentations. Appointed T&L Coordinator to clean up excessive balance. Event planner for all functions, including holiday parties for children and adults.
