Application Support Engineer: 2010 - 2013

As the MT lead, provided support, managed and troubleshoot issues concerning the Movable Type (MT) application as reported by users – this is the blog tool used by affiliate staff and affiliate newspapers to create and manage stories that appear on the affiliate websites

Escalated and reported bugs to the MT development team as needed

Helped to QA issues in MT UAT environment to have fixes deployed to the next production release

Attended biweekly MT status calls to provide updates to the Tech Manager, Project Manager, Product Manager, and Stakeholder on any issues reported by affiliates concerning MT
