Design of Multi-storeyed Building Sept 2017-Nov 2017 Dr. Kaustubh Das Gupta, Assistant Professor, Dept. of Civil Engineering, IIT Guwahati Modeled a nine storey building using SAP2000 software. Determined the main reinforcement, torsional reinforcement of each floor by considering all the IS code standards and designed slabs, beams and columns using appropriate load combinations.

1. Contacted approximately 200 companies in different sectors for sponsorship. Contributed INR 4lacs through sponsorship.

2. Led a team of 10 Junior Executives in developing the marketing strategies of the fest. This includes mentoring and regular mocks to prepare them for contacting the SMEs and creation of all corporate collateral for business communication across all corporate entities.

3. Responsible for maintaining the logistics,security and infrastructural requirements for a total of 60+ events and 20,000 participants and 4 Pro-nites.

Organizer of Guwahati Half Marathon '17

The Half Marathon conducted by IIT Guwahati student fraternity 1. A comprehensive review of the largest marathon of North East India with all the events such as Glory run, Spirit run, Painting competition etc. taking place simultaneously from 6 am and spread over a vast area of 21 km in the city taught me efficient lessons of team management.
