Generating raw material requirement of particular garment sales order received from merchandising and sending the same to material controllers.

Handling suppliers. Creating purchase orders for raw materials, sending the same to suppliers and follow-up until material get shipped out.

Handling rejections by coordinating with MQA and suppliers and getting replacement or claim for the same.

Creating Semi Finished Goods production orders according to production requirements.

Sending supplier order status every week for delivery follow-ups and the delay has to be called out to planning and merchandising.

Dealing with Customers on the material liability portion.

Dealing with planning on the Monthly / Weekly freeze and liaise with the production requirement.

Handling Labels

Solving the day to day issues with production and cutting team.

Dealing with RM & MQA on the material quality issues and material shortages.

Presenting MRV’s on a daily basis in the Customer meeting.
