Description:

JCC application was developed by using angular technology for more reliable and fast switching. the conventional application was developed in php. This application has three user types viz Registration officer(HAO), Medical officer (MO) and Counsellor officer (CO). The application was designed in a 3 layer technology. application layer, DB layer and hardware layer (telephones). It features call registration, symptoms advice, complaints on both epidemic and general, feedback's like appreciation & criticism, directory services and sms prescription. It also have call transfer from one level to other, call waiting, blacklisting of calls, emergency calls transferring to 104 or 108.
