Handling all cash and credit transaction, maintains records of invoice and credit payments.

Keep recording of all day to day transactions, for the preparation of account payable, and maintain of petty cash Processing cheques, filling and auditing petty cash.

Cash Deposit in the bank on daily basis. (RTGS)

Issuing the Credit Note to dealers.

Maintaining Day book & as well as cash book.

Preparing the day to day ledger copy of outstanding balance for our dealers.

Controlling the stock and issuing the bills of tally and DMS(Data Base Management System)

Creating in excel sheet special used VLOOK UP,PIVOT TABLE

Weekly auditing the stock by (SKU) Wise and update in the SAP

Rebate amount deducting from our pending claims.

Pending claims follow up on weekly basis.
