Multiple extended stay CHINA travel to supplier’s facilities including, tier II/III component supplier’s facilities for shafts, ball bearings, centrifugal actuators/switches, silver contacts, aluminum die casted brackets, etc…, with particular emphasis on insuring satisfactory QC/QA systems and manufacturing processes.

Led the electro-mechanical redesign of quantity 360, 56 frame, A/C induction, 1–phase, centrifugal switch actuated, ISIR, CSIR, ISCR, CSCR and PSC type motors into desired production platform. Led engineering resources in Tipp City–Ohio, Juarez–MEXICO and Changzhou–CHINA; coordinated X-functional efforts; direct customer contact and visitation; presented monthly progress reports to executives; in accomplishing this goal.
Apr, 2002 – Sept, 2007. Application/Design Engineer – Electro-mechanically designed 4.3”/3.3” diameter and C-frame, A/C induction, PSC, shaded–pole, 3–phase, as well as, brushless D/C type motors for commercial and residential HVAC and refrigeration products for applications such as water heaters, bath–fans, range–hoods, draft inducers, centrifugal/cross–flow blowers, and pumps.
