Dear Employer:

Re: Administrative Assistant

I am currently seeking an Administrative Assistant position in a challenging and fast-paced office. With respect to your career posting, I believe I would make a great addition to your growing team. Since earning my diploma from Seneca College, I have worked as a law clerk at mid-size, general practice law firm of Taylor Law Firm and the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General. I have handled an array of prosecution, litigation and legal matters in a timely, professional manner. I also worked in customer service position, implementing key policies and procedures to boost productivity and establish solid, trusting relationships with clients, and I would like to continue the growth of my career working at the offices of Suncor Energy.

As my enclosed resume illustrates, I am a graduate of the Seneca College Law Clerk program, I have knowledge in the areas of Litigation, Corporate and Real Estate, which includes but not limited to Legislation Acts, Statutes, drafting and reviewing legal documents. I am familiar with the court process and filing documents as well. I have attained a 3.3 GPA and have a partiality to legal and administrative work.

I would like to be part of a team that is passionate about the work they do, having the potential to make a difference. I believe that my knowledge of the legal system and legal documents in combination with my working experience in document production, and motivation will prove that I would be an asset to the team.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have at 416-***-**** or email me at ac89mg@r.postjobfree.com. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Sincerely,

Eric Ghazal
