Successfully coordinated 5 multidisciplinary sailing instructors to achieve developmental benchmarks in sailing while sustaining program missions and goal. Additional expertise in lesson planning and time management and proficiency in small boat and large boat handling as well as various types of powerboats.

●Conducted lessons in large groups (+20 children), small groups and on an individual basis for children ranging in ages from 7 to 16.

●Waterfront lifeguard with responsibility for opening the yacht club, organizing safety equipment, enforcing the adherence of guidelines at the waterfront, performing rescues in the event of an accident, and assisting with the set-up and preparation of weekly events held at the waterfront.
